RST is excited to announce it’s Head of School for the inaugural school year of RST Elementary: Jamel Badaoui!

Jamel joins us with a deep set of experience in not just managing and leading schools, but also having the unique and important experience of being on the founding team of an international school. This special set of experiences and skills makes him exceptionally equipped to lead the elementary school in the critical foundational years we have coming up.

We’re happy to welcome Jamel into the RST community, and onto our team of educators, and look forward to everything he does with the RST team in the coming months and years.

The process of selecting a head of school for RST elementary was an incredibly exciting and crucial process for the school. We met with many highly qualified and passionate educators representing a vast array of talents, experiences, and perspectives. One common thread we found through all of the applicants for Head of School was that they were exceptionally passionate about RST’s philosophy and unique approach to education. It encouraged us further in our belief in what we can offer to the Tokyo community by establishing RST elementary!
